SAFE USE OF ANTIBIOTICS SAVE LIVES Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) commits to support the global initiative as led by World Health Organization (WHO) for promoting appropriate use of antibiotics to combat antibiotic resistance. Antibiotic Awareness day is a public health initiative to raise awareness about the threat of antibiotic resistance and the importance of prudent antibiotic use. This year, the Centre for Health Protection of Department of Health has developed a new series of promotional materials on safe use of antibiotics. |
