On those days that you have performed vigorous physical activities for at least 10 minutes, how much time on average per day did you usually spend on doing vigorous physical activities? ii) do moderate physical activities for at least 10 minutes at a time? On those days that you have performed moderate physical activities for at least 10 minutes, how much time on average per day did you usually spend on doing moderate physical activities? WHO Recommendations: Adults aged 18-64 should do at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic physical activity throughout the week, or at least 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity physical activity throughout the week, or a combination of moderate- and vigorous-intensity physical activity.
