1. Perform hand hygiene |

2a. Put on Surgical Mask
- Choose the appropriate mask size
- (1) Coloured side should face outwards; (2) pleats downwards; (3) uppermost nose strip.
- Position the elastic bands around both ears.
- Mold nose strip over nose bridge.
- Surgical mask should fully cover mouth, nose and chin, and fit snugly over the face.

2b. Put on N95 respirator
- Select the appropriate N95 respirator model according to “Fit Test” result.
- Position the respirator to cover mouth, nose and chin.
- Position the upper strap on head, and then pull the bottom strap below ears.
- Place 2 fingers of both hands at the top of the nose strip and mold the nosepiece to the shape of your nose using both hands.
- Perform “Seal Check” every time when respirator is donned to ensure an adequate seal.

3. Put on Eye Protection (Face shield /goggle)
Can choose face shield /goggle with anti-fog agent applied if required.
Face shield
- Adjust strap for optimum fit (for certain models).

4. Put on Disposable Cap
- Cover hair and both ears inside the cap.
- Cover the part of the face shield worn over forehead region with cap.

5. Put on Gown
- Unfold the gown; lift the gown up to prevent it from touching the floor.
- Cover users’ back entirely with gown.
- Tie gown collar knot followed by the waist knot. DO NOT tie waist knot at the front.

6. Put on Gloves
- Use appropriate sized gloves.
- Extend gloves over gown cuffs.

- Sit on a chair
- Remove boots without touching the outside of the boots
- Turn the body 90 degrees to put on a pair of clean shoes
